The Law Firm has existed since 1988. Initially it acted as a limited liability company, but following the changes in the regulations and the ban on providing legal services in form of corporate companies, the Law Firm has operated as a partnership since 1998 – now as a limited liability partnership. The events of the late 1980s, when economic freedom was restored to Poland, shaped the profile and credo of our legal practice. Our Law Firm is dedicated to providing regular legal assistance to a business Client to solve any of our Client’s (day-to-day and strategic) business problems. We also provide regulatory consulting services in draft legislation shaping the systemic environment in which a specific line of business operates. Owing to our individual approach to each of our Clients, we enjoy trust not only of small- and medium-sized companies but also that of huge Polish investors. Moreover, we provide legal assistance to global European and American corporations. We specialize in strategic, long-term cooperation with entrepreneurs and investors who have trusted us, and particularly with family-owned companies. For the latter we act as their “home advisors”. We are a member of the reputable JCA network, thanks to which we may offer support in almost every European country.
